Facilitator: Dr. Chett Grunwald of The Wellness Way-Wausau

Session Overview: Are you frustrated with your health? Have you been told 'everything looks normal,' yet you still don't feel like yourself-and you're ready to work toward a better you?

Session Objectives:

Dr. Chett Grunwald has a background in biology and advanced training in functional diagnostics. He blends measurable testing with The Wellness Way philosophy-looking at health through the lens of thoughts, traumas and toxins. His belief is simple and empowering: the body doesn't make mistakes-it adapts. When the right stressors are reduced and the right support is applied, healing becomes possible.

Patients often say they feel heard for the first time-not rushed, not dismissed, and not left guessing. Dr. Chett focuses on restoring balance, improving resilience, and educating patients so they understand their own physiology and feel confident in the path forward.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Chett is an avid reader, gym regular, and lifelong student of human performance and physiology-because he believes doctors should live what they teach.
