Get ready! Sponsorship opportunities for all of our signature events taking place between September 2026 and August 2027 will open for registration on:

Monday, August 3rd at 9:00 AM

Registration will remain open through:

Monday, August 31st at 6:00 PM

Sponsors who register in August get the longest runway of name association across our 2026–2027 event calendar, meaning more exposure across our marketing, materials, and member communications from day one. The earlier you're in, the more of the season your brand is front and center with our members.


Popular sponsorship spots also tend to go quickly once the window opens, so booking early gives you first pick of the packages and placements that best fit your goals, rather than choosing from what's left.

How It Works

  1. Browse & Select — Once registration opens, click the Register button to view all available sponsorship opportunities across our events for the year. Add the sponsorship(s) you're interested in to your cart.

  2. Reserve with a 10% Deposit — All sponsorships are listed at their full price. To reserve your spot, you'll only need to pay a 10% deposit at checkout, plus agree to our Terms & Conditions of Payment.
    • To pay the 10% deposit only, enter code DEPOSIT2026 at checkout. This will discount your total by 90%, leaving your deposit due today.

  3. Pay the Balance — The remaining balance of your sponsorship is due on the 1st of the month in which your event takes place.

Payment Options

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card
  • E-Check
  • Invoicing — Physical checks must be received no later than September 30th. Deposits not paid in full by this date will be forfeited and the spot released.

Good to Know

  • Sponsorship spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed until your deposit is received.
