I am the owner and chef of Big Mama’s Bacon Wrapped BBQ, a soul food and barbecue business known for its creative bacon-wrapped dishes, comforting home-style meals, and award-winning BBQ. Cooking has been a passion of mine since childhood, when I learned in the kitchen beside my mother, and today I carry that love and tradition into everything I create. As a single parent and dedicated entrepreneur, I’m passionate about bringing people together through food that feels like love on a plate, while building a strong future for my children. I am focused on expanding my brand, growing new opportunities, and sharing flavors that make people smile wherever I go.
