Don’t Miss the 2026 Business EXPO – Wisconsin’s Premier Chamber Tradeshow

Attendee Info:

Join us on Thursday, April 16, 2026 — the Business EXPO is open to the public from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Admission is free with a business card or $20 without one. No registration is required — just show up and explore.
Please note: Doors open at noon. Guests who arrive early will be asked to wait outside until the event begins.
Be sure to catch the always-popular Mascot Parade at 1:00 p.m. — a fun moment for attendees of all ages!

Exhibitor Info:

You must be a current member of the Greater Wausau Chamber of Commerce and be in good standing to exhibit.

Why Exhibit at the Business EXPO?
This high-energy event is your chance to:

Exhibitor Booth Includes

• 10’ W x 8’ D draped booth (or 10’ W x 6’ D in the Commons area)
• 3’ H draped side rails
• Booth draping colors: Blue and silver (Expo Center), black and silver (Ballroom)
• Free Wi-Fi
• Business listing on the official Business EXPO map distributed at the event
• Two complimentary wristbands to Fun@EXPO
• Access to the Exhibitor Lounge
• One electrical outlet (within 40ft of the booth - please bring your own extension cord)
• Options per booth (must be selected at registration):
  • One 8' table
  • Up to two chairs
  • Table covering & skirting

Please note: Tables, chairs, and table coverings are not automatically provided unless selected during registration. Each booth purchased includes the above amenities if requested. Multiple booth purchases receive the full set of amenities per booth.

Outdoor exhibit space is not available.

Each booth purchase includes two complimentary wristbands to Fun@EXPO, our post-show celebration.

Need more wristbands? Visit the Info Center at the main entrance on event day to purchase additional wristbands. Wristbands are only available for purchase on-site.
