Session Overview: Stress is a common part of today’s fast-paced work and personal lives—but it doesn’t have to run the show. In this interactive 30-minute session, participants will explore how stress shows up for them, identify common warning signs and learn simple, practical tools to pause and respond more intentionally. Attendees will leave with greater awareness and easy-to-use strategies to feel more grounded, focused and resilient both at work and at home.

  Session Objectives:

• Understand the root cause of your stress.
• Discover and explore stress management strategies and techniques.
• Develop an action plan to incorporate these strategies and techniques into your professional and personal life.
• Leave feeling inspired and empowered to navigate stress and achieve your best
