Rupp is the regional economist of North Central and Western Wisconsin for the Office of Economic Advisors. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater in 2016 with a bachelor's degree in Economics. Mitchell has been working for the OEA since January 2017. Economics is one of his passions, and he looks forward to expanding and utilizing his skills for the OEA.
