Description

Wausau Area Montessori Charter School is going to celebrate 20 years of serving students in the Wausau School District. Located within Horace Mann Middle School, they also had several updates done to their portion of the building, thanks in part to the April 2022 referendum the community approved. Those updates include a building addition, their own entrance, as well as a new playground.

4:30 p.m. - 5 p.m. Welcome, acknowledgements, and ribbon cutting.

5 p.m. - 7 p.m.: Open House Self-Guided Tours.

Ribbon cuttings and groundbreakings are held at member investor facilities that have celebrated one of the following successes:

• Broke ground or opened a new facility
• Moved to a new location
• Remodeled an existing facility
• Welcomed new ownership
• Underwent a significant re-branding or name change
