Most people don't expect to see the warning signs before an act of violence occurs, but often, they're there. This training gives you the tools to recognize them. 

In just three hours, you'll learn how to spot risk factors, understand triggers and stressors, and identify warning behaviors that can precede targeted violence, whether that's in a workplace, a school, or a public space. You'll also learn what protective factors look like and how to respond responsibly if you notice something concerning, all while respecting the privacy and rights of the people around you. 

No prior experience is needed. This session is designed for anyone who wants to feel more prepared and more confident in helping keep their community safe.
