Wendy Furrer began HCW in 2018 with a passion for, and belief in, recruiting to the area and a career of diverse experience in  “challenging recruitment” -  making the match, selling the benefits of, and highlighting the extraordinary lifestyle  to be found when we choose to live, work, and play in the Central Wisconsin region. 

“It’s here! Let me help you find it!”; Wendy is a “boomerang” Central Wisconsin enthusiast.  Growing up in Central Wisconsin, having moved away, traveling, and working across the United States, Wendy brings a unique perspective to the values of choosing the Central Wisconsin region. With knowledge in both the deep history of the region and involvement in the continuing growth and development of our future, Wendy is eager to help you recruit talent to the region we so gratefully call “home”.
