Women's Leadership Conference Tote-bag Insert/Item 2024

Would you like to reach 400 to 600 attendees at the Women's Leadership Conference to be held in January? Don't miss this unique opportunity to promote your products, services, events, coupons and more.

Members are invited to include a printed marketing piece and/or promotional item(s) in the tote bag for the Women’s Leadership Conference for just $200! Each participating member will need to register by December 22, 2023 and supply copies/items by January 5, 2024. There is a limit of ten member participants for this program and participants must supply a minimum of 300 items.

Ready to advertise?  Review our deadlines and policies below:

• Tote-bag insert or promotional item is available to members only.
• Your logo and/or name must be featured prominently in your design and the content in your design must focus solely on your products/services or a charitable non-profit event.  Content must not be in direct competition with any products/services of the Greater Wausau Chamber of Commerce.
• One printed insert equals an 8.5" x 11" sheet - maximum size (bi-fold and tri-fold brochures are accepted).
• Political inserts are not allowed.
• In order to be assured that your insert meets all of our policies, participants must submit a copy to skrolow@wausauchamber.com for pre-approval. The Greater Wausau Chamber of Commerce has the right to refuse any insert not conforming to our policies (pre-printed materials will not be reimbursed).
• Inserts must be delivered to the Chamber's office at 209 W Washington St. Wausau, WI 54403, no later than the Friday, January 5, 2024.

Available on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited to ten participants.
