JOB TITLE: Human Resources Specialist
REPORTS TO: HR Manager
POSITION

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Basic computer skills.
- General understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Ability to make decisions based on standard practices.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, troubleshoot and problem solve.
- General knowledge of a specialized field; equivalent to 2 years of college, business or technical school or applicable experience.
- Must be legally authorized to work for a company in the U.S. without sponsorship.
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment and establish relationships.
- Strong ability to learn and utilize different systems and programs.
- Well-demonstrated interpersonal skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is performed in an office setting.
Occasional exposure to industrial operations including: temperature from approximately 35°F to 100°F; noise levels in excess of 85 dB; moisture and fast moving machinery.
