IncredibleBank Promotes Mackenzie Heckendorf to Senior Vice President of Loan Operations

Wausau, WI — IncredibleBank is proud to announce the promotion of Mackenzie Heckendorf to Senior Vice President of Loan Operations. Based in Wausau, Wisconsin, Mackenzie brings 27 years of banking experience, including 17 years at IncredibleBank, where she has led Home Lending, SBA Operations, Business and Consumer Operations, and Loan Servicing.

Heckendorf began her career as a loan processor and advanced through roles in underwriting, mortgage origination, and personal banking. Her leadership has driven major initiatives, including system launches for loan operations, guiding teams through the Paycheck Protection Program, multiple refinance booms, and introducing new lending verticals such as Floor Plans and Luxury Lending.

In her new role, Heckendorf will oversee all loan operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with IncredibleBank’s mission to deliver an Incredible Customer ExperienceSM. Her focus on operational excellence will help sales teams provide seamless service from the start of every customer relationship.
