Park City Credit Union Announces Promotion of Janet Schreiber to Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO)
MERRILL, WISC. — Park City Credit Union, a member-owned financial cooperative, has promoted Janet Schreiber to Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO). Schreiber has been with Park City Credit Union since 2001 and has over 24 years of experience in Human Resources and the financial service industry.
“Janet Schreiber’s leadership and commitment have played a crucial role in our success and in cultivating a positive work environment,” said Val Mindak, President/CEO, Park City Credit Union. “Her expertise in strategic human resource management and dedication to employee development have significantly contributed to our team’s growth and well-being.”
As Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Schreiber will concentrate on enhancing Park City Credit Union’s HR initiatives, including talent acquisition and employee engagement. Furthermore, she will continue to oversee the Park City Human Resources Department, while maintaining her responsibilities with Elevate Business Solutions.

Schreiber started at Park City Credit Union as an Executive Assistant and progressed through roles including Human Resources Manager and Vice President of Human Resources and Administration before accepting her current role. With a strong background in accounts payable, accounts receivable and customer service, she has bolstered her expertise by studying courses in human resources and development through the Society of Human Resource Management.
