WAUSAU – REI Engineering, Inc. (REI) has welcomed a new member to its team of professionals. Ryan Wilcox, Civil Engineering CAD Technician / Designer, joins REI’s Civil Engineering Team.

Mr. Wilcox’s primary responsibilities include Civil 3D CADD drafting/design operations, building design plans, 3D models, site/roadway design plans, helping with grading/stormwater plans, and currently using AutoCAD Civil 3D, Autoturn, and Acroplot.

Ryan is a May 2023 graduate of Mid-State Technical College (MSTC) and earned his Associated of Applied Science degree in Civil Engineering Highway Transportation. He has experience in construction inspection and drafting as-built plans on both state and federal projects using Civil 3D and AutoCAD. Ryan also has training under the Highway Technician Certification Program (HTCP) in areas of Nuclear Density Meters, Portland Concrete Cement Technician (PCCTEC 1), Transportation Materials Sampling (TMS), and Materials Coordinator Testing (MCT).
